I use “all in” pricing — I don’t charge extra for “deep tissue,” or using tools such as cups and hot towels to get you better results. I bring the full breadth and depth of my experience, knowledge, and expertise into every session. Then I apply the most effective techniques I can to accomplish your goals.

A note on session lengths: You are welcome to book whichever length session fits your needs and resources. I find many clients benefit greatly from longer sessions (90 minutes is often ideal). It gives your body, mind, and nervous system time to truly settle in and reach your most restorative healing state.

All new client appointments include an extended intake (approximately 15 minutes).

If you have a chronic health condition that impacts the function of your body systems, a 60 minute limit may be advised. Please consult with your primary care provider before booking if you have any concerns.

All rates listed here reflect a discount for payment at time of service. Billing rates vary.
